Banff Limo Service from Calgary and YYC
Private sedans, SUVs and vans between Calgary, the airport and Banff. Dinners on Banff Avenue, ski days, weddings and airport runs with a local chauffeur.
A Banff Limo Service That Works Around Your Day
Banff is easy to love and awkward to reach without a plan. Parking in town fills up early in summer, winter roads can slow the drive, and the airport shuttle runs on its own schedule. Our Banff limo service takes the guesswork out: one booking, one driver, door to door.
We collect you in Calgary, at YYC or in Banff itself, and take you to a hotel near Banff Avenue, up to the Fairmont Banff Springs, or on to Lake Louise. If you’re flying in, start with our Calgary Airport to Banff transfer. Coming from a downtown hotel or home address instead? The Calgary city to Banff private tour page covers that version.

Getting From Calgary to Banff
The drive is about 130 km and takes roughly an hour and a half from central Calgary, a bit more from the airport. You head west on the Trans-Canada Highway, pass Canmore and enter Banff National Park at the east gate.
Friday afternoons and long weekends are the slow ones, with traffic backing up toward the park. Leaving mid-morning or after the first rush saves real time. In winter we allow extra minutes for snow and ice and check road reports before every trip. Ask us how the park pass applies to your stops and we’ll spell it out in your quote.
Things to Pair With Your Banff Trip
Banff Gondola
A short ride from town up Sulphur Mountain for a wide look at the Bow Valley. We can drop you at the base and be waiting when you come back down.
Lake Louise
About 45 minutes west of Banff. Our Banff to Lake Louise private car page lays out the route options.
Moraine Lake
Often paired with Lake Louise in a single day. Access rules change from season to season, so we check them first. Start with our Moraine Lake transfer page.
Bow Lake
Further north on the Icefields Parkway, a calm lake with glacier views. It makes a good turnaround point for a long day trip out of Banff.
Calgary Pickups
Starting from a downtown hotel or a home in the city? We collect you at the door. See how those trips run on our Calgary city to Banff page.
Lakes Around Banff
Lake Minnewanka, Vermilion Lakes and Two Jack Lake are all a short drive from town. Tell us how long you want at each and we’ll plan the order.
Book Now
Door-to-Door, No Transfers
Your driver takes you from the pickup address to the front of your Banff hotel or venue. No stops for other passengers and no switching vehicles.
A Quote You Can Plan Around
We price the route and the date, then hold that number. Mention extra stops or a long wait and we include them from the start.
Chauffeurs Who Drive It Weekly
They know the Trans-Canada, the lineup near the park gate and the quieter roads in town, and they adjust when a closure or a crash changes the plan.
Four Vehicle Sizes
Sedans for up to 3 guests, SUVs for up to 5, a stretch limo for up to 12 and a van for up to 14. Tell us about ski bags or garment bags and we’ll size up if needed.
Flexible Pickup Times
Early gondola slot or a late dinner reservation? Give us the time and we’ll work backward from it to set your departure.
Winter-Ready Planning
Extra time built into the schedule and a road report check before we leave. If the highway looks bad, you hear about it early.
How Your Banff Trip Runs
Your chauffeur arrives a few minutes early, helps with the bags and checks the plan with you before pulling out. Nothing is left to sort out on the curb.
For the first stretch you cross the edge of the prairie and watch the Rockies grow in the windshield. Want a coffee in Canmore or a quick photo at a Bow River pull-off? Ask, and we’ll stop.
In Banff the driver takes you to your door, whether that’s a hotel lobby, a restaurant or a trailhead. If you booked a return, we agree on a pickup time and place before you get out. Seeing more of the region? Our Rocky Mountain transfers page shows the other routes we run.
Cleanliness and Safe Driving
Vehicles are cleaned between bookings, and drivers follow the speed and wildlife rules inside the park. If the weather turns, we tell you early and adjust the plan.
Banff Limo Service Questions
How far is Banff from Calgary?
About 130 km, or roughly an hour and a half by road from central Calgary. From the airport, allow a little longer. Heavy weekend traffic or winter weather can add time.
Do you pick up from Calgary airport and drive to Banff?
Yes. We track your flight and meet you after you land. Tell us your flight number, the number of passengers and your bag count so we send the right vehicle.
Can I book a return trip from Banff?
Yes. Book both legs together or add the return later. We agree on a pickup time and location in advance so your ride is waiting.
Do I need a Parks Canada pass?
Vehicles stopping inside Banff National Park generally need a valid park pass. We’ll explain how it applies to your trip when we send the quote, so there are no surprises on the day.
What vehicles do you offer for Banff?
Sedans for up to 3 passengers, SUVs for up to 5, a stretch limo for up to 12 and vans for up to 14. Larger groups can book more than one vehicle.
Can you take us on to Lake Louise or Jasper?
Yes. Many guests add Lake Louise or a longer Icefields Parkway day. Tell us your dates and we’ll quote the extended route, or read our Banff to Jasper private car page for that run.
