Private Rocky Mountain Transfers from Calgary and YYC
One chauffeur, one vehicle, no shuttle timetable. We drive you from Calgary or the airport to Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Jasper and the lakes in between.
Why a Private Ride Beats a Shared Shuttle
Most visitors land at Calgary International and want to be in the mountains by dinner. Shared shuttles work on someone else’s clock. You wait for a full bus, sit through drop-offs you never asked for, and drag your bags between stops. A private Rocky Mountain transfer removes all of that. The car leaves when your group is ready and goes straight to your hotel, cabin or trailhead.
We cover the whole corridor along the Trans-Canada Highway and up the Icefields Parkway. If you already know where you’re headed, go straight to the page for that leg: Calgary Airport to Banff, Calgary to Canmore, Calgary Airport to Lake Louise or Calgary to Jasper. Not sure how to string the stops together? Call us and we’ll work out the order with you.

How the Main Routes Compare
From Calgary, Canmore is the closest at about an hour. Banff follows at roughly an hour and a half, and Lake Louise is around two hours out, close to 180 km from the city. Jasper is a long day on its own, so most guests break it up with a night in Lake Louise or Banff. Moraine Lake and Emerald Lake are short hops from the Lake Louise stretch, but road access and parking rules shift by season, so we confirm what’s allowed before your date.
Winter adds time. Snow on the highway, wildlife on the shoulder and early dark all slow the drive, and we plan around that instead of promising a fixed arrival. If you’re connecting from a flight, send us the flight number. Ski groups and anyone with oversized bags should say so when asking for a quote so the right vehicle shows up.
Places We Drive in the Rockies
Lake Louise
About two hours from Calgary, with the lake, the ski resort and a string of hotels. Our Lake Louise car hire page covers pickups from Calgary, Banff and the airport.
Moraine Lake
The Valley of the Ten Peaks view everyone wants. Road access changes by season, so we check the rules before planning your day. See the Moraine Lake transfer details.
Emerald Lake and Yoho
Just over the BC border from Lake Louise. A good pick for a quieter day with a lodge and a walkable shoreline. More on our Emerald Lake page.
Icefields Parkway
The road north from Lake Louise to Jasper, lined with glaciers, lakes and regular wildlife stops. Plan a full day. See the Lake Louise to Jasper route.
Banff
The park’s main town, about an hour and a half from Calgary. Coming off a flight? Ask about a direct YYC to Banff transfer.
Bow Lake
A roadside lake on the Icefields Parkway, roughly half an hour north of Lake Louise. A popular first stop for guests heading on to Jasper or the Columbia Icefield.

Straight From Your Door
We pick up at your home, hotel or the arrivals hall and drive without collecting other passengers. Your bags stay in the car and the schedule stays yours.
Quotes That Stay Put
You get a fixed quote for your route and date before you commit. Tell us about extra stops or waiting time up front so the number stays accurate.
Drivers Who Know the Corridor
Our chauffeurs run the Trans-Canada and the Icefields Parkway regularly. They know where traffic bunches up near Canmore and which pull-offs have room for a full-size vehicle.
Vehicles Sized to Your Group
A sedan seats up to 3, an SUV up to 5, a stretch limo up to 12 and a van up to 14, with space for ski bags and large suitcases.
Room to Change the Plan
Flight delayed, or want a longer stop at the lake? Tell your chauffeur or call the office and we’ll adjust the timing where the day allows.
Always a Phone Call Away
The line is open around the clock, which matters for early flights and late landings. Call (587) 216-1319 any time.
What a Day With LimoConnect Looks Like
Your chauffeur arrives a few minutes early, confirms the route and loads the bags. If you’re coming from YYC, we’re watching the flight, so a late landing doesn’t leave you waiting on a driver who has already gone.
The drive itself is the quiet part. Most guests nap, catch up on email or just watch the foothills turn into mountains. Want a photo stop at the park gate or a coffee in Canmore? Say so and we’ll build it in. If you’re linking several legs, our Calgary city to Banff private tour and Banff to Lake Louise private car pages show how the pieces fit together.
At the end you’re dropped at the door, not at a bus bay. Need the return trip as well? Book both together and we’ll keep the timing consistent.
Clean Vehicles, Careful Driving
Each vehicle is cleaned between trips, and chauffeurs check road and weather reports before the mountain run. If conditions turn bad, we tell you early and suggest a better departure time.
Rocky Mountain Transfer Questions
Which destinations can you take me to from Calgary?
Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Jasper, Moraine Lake and Emerald Lake are the usual requests. We also run to hotels and cabins in between. If your stop isn’t on the list, call and we’ll tell you whether it works.
How long does the drive take?
Canmore is about an hour, Banff about an hour and a half, and Lake Louise about two hours from Calgary. Jasper is a much longer day. Weather, construction and wildlife can add time, especially in winter.
Can you meet me at Calgary airport?
Yes. We track your flight, so a delayed arrival is handled for you. Share your flight number when you book and we’ll plan the pickup around your landing time.
Can I stop for photos along the way?
Yes. Tell us which stops you want and roughly how long, and we’ll fit them into the schedule. Stops inside the national parks may need a Parks Canada pass, which you’d arrange separately unless your quote says otherwise.
Do you handle ski gear and big luggage?
We can. Tell us how many people and how many bags or ski sets, and we’ll send a vehicle that fits. A van is the usual choice for groups travelling with skis.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form or call (587) 216-1319 with your pickup, destination, date and group size. We’ll send back a fixed quote for the route, and you can book online or by phone.
